Repertoire will include:

• A. Mozart, Horn Concerto No. 3 in E-flat major, KV 447, 1^st movement
• Strauss, Horn Concerto No. 1 in E-flat major, Op. 11, 1^st movement

Please add recent recordings (preferably Mozart – Concerto KV 447, first movement) to your application on muvac.

For the first audition round specific recorded solos and excerpts can be requested later at the discretion of the audition committee.

The orchestra's activities include concerts in the Netherlands and abroad as well as radio, CD and television recordings and a broad range of streaming activities.

The Royal Concertgebouw Orchestra works to provide its members with suitable instruments, which are loaned to the musicians during their employment with the orchestra.

We reserve the right to make a preliminary selection based on letters of application and recordings.
