23 and 25 December, modified concerts

Cancellation of 23 and 25 December tickets and priority booking for modified concerts.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Yesterday evening, it became clear that the evening lockdown currently in effect in the Netherlands will be extended up to and including Friday, 14 January. In addition, concerts given before 5.00 p.m. may take place only if a distance of 1.5 m is maintained between those present.

Unfortunately, we are not in a position in such a short space of time to scale back concerts with 2,000 assigned seats to concerts accommodating a maximum of 425 audience members spaced 1.5 m apart. Much to our regret, we have thus decided to cancel both the concert on 23 December and the Christmas Matinee on 25 December.

We will be sending you a separate email containing a link allowing you to easily convert your ticket(s) to a voucher, a refund or a donation. We ask that you please inform us of your preference before 20 December. After this date, we will convert your ticket(s) to a voucher. Please note that you may still request a refund after this time.

Enjoy priority booking when ordering tickets to modified concerts

In accordance with the new measures in place, we have organised two modified concerts conducted by Jaap van Zweden, whereby a distance of 1.5 m will be maintained between those present, on Friday, 24 December at 11.00 a.m. and on Saturday, 25 December at 2.15 p.m. Since you purchased a ticket to one of the original concerts, you may order tickets to either concert starting from Monday, 20 December at 10.00 a.m. Tickets go on sale to the general public on Tuesday, 21 December. The 23 December programme will now be performed on 24 December, while the Christmas Matinee date and programme remain the same. The concerts feature no interval, and there is no seating plan.

Tickets to both concerts cost €55. Please note that to enjoy priority booking when ordering your ticket(s), you must be logged in to your account. We recommend that you test your login in advance. If you still have vouchers from previously cancelled concerts, you can read here how to redeem them.
