Join Barbara Hannigan on a musical journey with a spiritual atmosphere in an intimate setting; Pierre Audi and light designer Jean Kalman will join forces to create a total experience fitting the music.

Many of the Main Hall seats will be removed for this concert. Bring a cushion or yoga mat, relax and let the music wash over you!

Please note: The concert on 1 December does not have reserved seating. Two categories of tickets are available: sitting on the floor (‘Standaard, Entrée’) and on chairs around the floor (‘Stoel’). There are limited numbers of these ‘stoel’ tickets.

You can expect a spiritual musical journey in collaboration with Pierre Audi, the Concertgebouw Orchestra’s creative partner, featuring Richard Strauss’s achingly beautiful Metamorphosen, the near-otherworldly ritual music of Claude Vivier and a leading role for the soprano and harpist Aphrodite Patoulidou.
